Telerik r.a.d. Editor MCMS Edition Integration

You can replace r.a.d. Editor Insert Image and Insert Document dialogs with dialogs shipped with WAE v2.0. The new WAE Insert Document dialog enables you to upload local files. You also can integrate the new WAE Select Internal Link dialog with r.a.d. Editor. 

1. Copy RadControls folder under <WAE Install Folder>\Server\IIS_CMS folder.
2. Replace MainIE.js and LinkDialog.js located in
   <WAE Install Folder>\Server\IIS_CMS\RadControls\Editor\Scripts
   with files shipped with WAE located in
   <WAE Install Folder>\Server\Telerik\RadEditorPlaceHolder_<Version>\RadControls\Editor\Scripts
