Bugs fixed

1. Unable to add or remove MCMS site via Server Configuration Application (SCA). Exception in MCMS Configuration Application - Web Server Configuration dialog:
   Unexpected Error! Failed to set Entry Point to Read Only.
   NR\System folder was incorrectly mapped as virtual folder in IIS by WAE Configuration Application. More about this bug.
2. Broken images in resource manager
   Thumbnail generator throws an exception when resource last modified date is greater than the current date:
   Specified argument was out of the range of valid values. Parameter name: date
3. Incorrect permissions after copy. When copying Channels permissions were inherited from parent Channel. This caused permissions inconsistency in Groups Rights tab of Group Properties dialog and Rights tab of Channel Properties dialog.
4. WebFolders (WebDav) logging does not work.
5. Unable to upload resources greater than 4Mb via WebFolders (WebDav). Maximum file upload size now set to 16Mb by default in MCMS\Resources\web.config file:
   <httpRuntime maxRequestLength="16384" />

Bugs fixed

1. Web Folders (WebDav) does not load when server has non-english date/time settings.
2. Cannot create Resource Galleries and upload files via Web Folders (WebDav) to Resource Galleries that start with non-english capital letter.
3. When creating new Resource Gallery permissions were inherited from parent Resource Gallery. This caused permissions inconsistency in Groups Rights tab of Group Properties dialog and Rights tab of Channel Properties dialog. Now permissions are copied.
